Customers have two choices over the finishing of
their continuously cold rolled interlocking roller
shutter curtain slats:

ColorBond by BlueScope Steel Curtain slats constructed using premium zinc and aluminum coated pre-painted steel ColorBond® by BlueScope Steel. Powder Coated Finishing Powder coating over galvanized steel continuously cold rolled interlocking roller shutter curtain slats .

.: Side Guide (Rail) & Mullion
Galvanized continuously cold rolled steel channels are supplied. Removable mullion(s) (available in galvanized steel and aluminum) is also supplied when required.

.: Bottom Bar
The bottom bar fitted to the lowest certain slats is constructed from continuously cold rolled galvanized steel with the inverted “T” shape giving stability and strength during operation.

.: Locking Device
The roller shutter comes with two standard locking devices. First, center lock secured by rivet and steel bar. Second, ground mounted galvanized padlock kit allows user to install their additional padlock.

.: Operator
The Spring Assisted Operator is constructed from high quality tension spring together with independent rollers to facilitate energy effective manual operation.
