1. The roller shutter motor manual override system and the motor operator must not be operated at the same time.
  2. When the roller shutter is being opened or closed, there must not be any moving or stationary objects obstructing the operation.
  3. To prevent dampness of the roller shutter, operate it regularly, at least twice a month.
  4. It is highly advised that nothing be placed under the closing area of any roller shutter at anytime.
  5. For safety reasons, place the control switch (or remote control) out of reach of children.
 
We give 6 months or 12 months conditional warranty. Please see following for terms and conditions.
  1. For motor operated roller shutter, you have to provide a single phase 230V, 13Amp power supply point c/w the pin plug socket for each roller shutter motor.
  2. The warranty period initiates upon completion of the job. The warranty will be activated once the document is signed and returned to STAR Rolling.
  3. This warranty will only be valid when full payment is received according to payment terms.
  4. Proof of payment must be presented when servicing is requested.
  5. Under the following circumstances, servicing will be chargeable even within the warranty period:
    a.The defect is caused by natural disasters, lightning, abnormal voltage,and attacks of household pests.
    b. Any roller shutters or motor operators being tampered or altered In any way by unauthorized persons, or which have been subjected to misuse, negligence, robbery, or accident. For example, opening motor operated roller shutter before unlocking the padlock.
  6. Repair services will be provided for defects arising from normal usage within the warranty period.
  7. The manner in servicing the roller shutter will be according to the recommendations of STAR Rolling.
